We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit our consultation form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, your preferred location, details you share about your hair loss, and photos of your scalp that you upload. We do not sell anything on this website, so we never collect payment information here. This website does not require an account and does not set its own cookies.

• To respond to your consultation request and answer your questions
• To have our artists evaluate your photos and prepare your personalized quote
• To schedule and manage your appointments

Where your information is stored

Consultation form submissions are processed and stored in our customer-relationship system, HighLevel (LeadConnector), which acts as a service provider on our behalf. Your photos are used only to evaluate your treatment and prepare your quote — they are never published without your separate, explicit consent.

Third-party services on this site

Some pages embed services from other companies, which may collect usage data or set cookies under their own privacy policies: Google Maps (location maps), Google Fonts (typefaces), YouTube (videos), and HighLevel (the consultation form). We don't control these services, and we currently run no advertising trackers or analytics of our own on this site.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above as needed to run our business, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation information for as long as needed to serve you as a prospective or current client, then delete it on request or when it's no longer needed.
